Ankor announced today that it is expanding operations into Latin America (LATAM), with the opening of a subsidiary in El Salvador. "LATAM is an exciting market for our company," said Erwin Cervantes, Ankor's Director.
The City of Los Angeles Planning Commission OK'd, Beijing Jia Long Real Estate Development Company 33-story mixed-use bldg (631 S Vermont). The property includes a new hotel, ~21K sq ft retail floor area, 28K square feet of openspace, up to 250 residential condos, including 22 very-low income units. Erwin Cervantes, Director of Ankor Corporation was instrumental to this approval and the expansion of the company operation in America.
